I do not know if I can honestly recommend it, without additional information, and more time taking the product to see if I noticed a difference in my well-being.

Bought this as an anti-aging supplement. The bottle was triple sealed for safety- actually had to break out the scissors to unwrap. It also has a childproof cap. There was no lot number or expiration date on the bottle, but just an expiration on the box so that bothered me. Most people toss the box and keep the bottle. The labelling on the bottle was so tiny it was hard to read, so I took a photo and zoomed in. See photo. This bottle has a suggested dosage of 2 pills and with 90 pills will last 45 days. I found the capsule easy to swallow with no bad taste or smell.

If you take Resveratrol, these are competent pills at a good price. I haven't noticed any difference taking these compared to my regular brand. Pills don't have a funny taste or smell and are easy to swallow.Like any kind of vitamin pill it is hard to asess how much they make you feel better or give you energy or whatever. Everyone is different. But many people, including me, think that Resveratrol works for them and if you do too -- or you want to try it -- this is a good purchase.
