How does Subscribe & Save work?

On any product page, choose "Subscribe & save" and pick how often you'd like it delivered. Your first order ships right away, and future orders arrive automatically on your schedule.

How much do I save?

25% off every order when you choose delivery every month, or 15% off every order when you choose every 2 months. The discount applies to every delivery, not just the first.

When am I charged?

You pay for your first order at checkout. After that, you're charged automatically for each delivery on your chosen schedule. You'll see the price per delivery on the product page before you subscribe.

Can I skip, pause or cancel?

Yes, anytime. Log in to your account and open Subscriptions to skip a delivery, pause or cancel. There's no minimum commitment and no cancellation fee.

Can I change my products or delivery frequency?

Yes. Manage your subscription from your account, or email info@clenvia.com and we'll update it for you.

Is shipping free on subscriptions?

Standard shipping is free on US orders of $49 or more. Rates for smaller orders and international delivery are shown at checkout.

What if a subscription order arrives damaged?

Email info@clenvia.com with your order number and a photo and we'll make it right.
